As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for the following tasks:
- Cultivating existing customer relationships and expanding the network with new contacts
- Providing expert leadership to our employees
- Representing MAPEKO and our product range at trade fairs and events
- Having a keen sense and understanding of the individual needs of our customers and being able to offer tailored solutions from the MAPEKO product range to our customers
- Creating detailed offers, staying on top of things, and negotiating with our customers
- Calculating and fulfilling budgets
- Maintaining master data and documenting projects
What you bring:

- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably with a technical background
- You have already successfully led a team of specialists
- You have a confident, open, and friendly demeanour
- Fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing
- Valid driver’s license class B
- Willingness to travel worldwide is a prerequisite
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications and experience with an ERP system
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations, can prioritize, and support your colleagues wherever you can
