In a heartwarming tradition that began in 2022, INTOCAST AG has once again organized the «Weihnachtsbaum-Wunschaktion» (Wishing Tree Campaign), bringing joy and smiles to children in Ratingen and Düsseldorf.
Partnering with local organizations, the company has collaborated with «Café Lichtblicke» in Ratingen West and «Froschkönige gegen Kinderarmut e. V.» in Düsseldorf. The initiative allowed children to send in their Christmas wishes on beautifully crafted, glittering, colorful cards, to INTOCAST AG.
In a special ceremony, a small delegation of children personally presented these wish cards to INTOCAST AG, where they adorned the Christmas tree in the company’s foyer. The spirit of giving came to life as INTOCAST employees had the opportunity to select a card from the tree and fulfill a child’s Christmas wish.
As anticipation built up, the children patiently waited for their wishes to come true. Just before Christmas, over 200 wishes were joyously fulfilled, creating moments of happiness and warmth that will be cherished by both the givers and receivers.
The success of the «Weihnachtsbaum-Wunschaktion» goes beyond the materialization of individual wishes; it signifies a community coming together, embodying the true spirit of the season.
